The Role and Responsibilities: HOME LOANS

As a Relationship Manager for Home Loans, you will be at the forefront of helping individuals and families secure their dream homes.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Sourcing Home Loans: You’ll be actively involved in sourcing home loans by collaborating with builders, real estate brokers, chartered accountants, investment advisors, and DSAs (Direct Selling Agents).
  2. High Net Worth Client Management: Building and maintaining relationships with high net worth clients will be a significant part of your role, ensuring their specific needs and expectations are met.
  3. Achieving Disbursement Targets: You’ll be responsible for achieving disbursement targets for non-housing loans through effective lead generation strategies.
  4. Managing External Channels: To expand and develop the business, you will manage external channels and foster collaborations with key partners.
  5. Loan Portfolio Management: Carefully assess and filter various loan cases to ensure that only eligible cases are submitted for approval. This plays a vital role in maintaining a strong loan portfolio and generating referrals.
  6. Coordination with Credit Department: You will coordinate with the credit department to ensure a smooth loan processing journey from application to final disbursement.
  7. Market Expertise: As a professional in the field, it’s essential to have a deep understanding of self-employed loan cases and be well-versed in the calculations related to loan eligibility. Moreover, you should possess market knowledge regarding property valuation and prevailing market rates.

To excel in this role, you should:

  1. Possess at least a full-time bachelor’s or master’s degree in any stream.
  2. Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in handling home loan cases.
  3. Exhibit strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  4. Leverage various sources for lead generation and business development.
  5. Ideally, have experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.
  6. Be experienced in Home Loan and Mortgage sales.
