Reliance Industries Hiring Security Manager:-

The position of Security Manager in Reliance Industries is to coordinate and supervise the security activities in all the facilities of the company. This position involves developing measures on security, safeguarding properties as well as people, and liaising with the internal and external community on security matters.

Role & Responsibilities:-

1. Formulate and secure sound and workable measures to protect the property, plants and equipment, facilities, and people.
2. Proactively and effectively coordinate presence and control the security incidents, as well as organize investigations and emergencies in such a way that would pose the least disruption.
3. Security should be assessed and audited systematically to discover problem areas and propose measures that will elevate security status.
4. Mentor and monitor security staff, to where they are capable of coping with different security risks and that they understand the company’s policies and measures.
5. Security should be compliant with the legal and regulatory requirements of the country as well as the company standards. 
6. Coordinate with the police, rescue teams, and other outside departments in case of security concerns and properly communicate between organizations.
7. Supervise the process of installment and servicing of security measures such as video surveillance, fire alarms, and biometrics.

Qualifications:-

• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in security management, criminal justice, or any related course is the minimum entry procurement. It is also an added advantage if one possesses advanced certification or a master’s degree.
• Experience: The candidate must have prior work experience in security and must have at least supervising experience of security personnel; knowledge of security systems and procedures is preferred.
• Certifications: Holdings of relevant certifications as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP), or a Physical Security Professional (PSP) would be deemed as a plus.
• Technical Skills: Continual as well as up-to-date information about the numerous security technologies, evaluation of risks, and appropriate emergency response measures.
