Job Description : Sales Coordinator
Role & Responsibilities
- Building Customer Relationships
As a Sales Coordinator at Nippon Express, your primary responsibility is to cultivate strong customer relationships by maintaining open communication channels and gaining a clear understanding of customer requirements.
- Coordinating Sales and Pricing

- Managing Shipment Activities

- SOP Maintenance and Margin Analysis
Maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quotations, and conducting margin analysis are vital aspects of the role, ensuring operational efficiency and profitability.
- Payment Follow-up
