Job Description: Siemens Job Opportunities in Bengaluru 

As a System Engineer (Electrical), your role will involve working on a wide range of responsibilities from the early stages of design through to the final release of PCB Gerber files. This role requires strong technical proficiency, the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and excellent collaboration with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

PCB Design & Development:

• Design and expand PCBs with the use of superior tools like Expedition PCB VX.2.Xx for schematic access, routing, signal integrity optimization, and Gerber launch.
• Manage the complete PCB layout lifecycle, from initial concept to final product, making sure all additives meet functionality and overall performance requirements.

Schematic Entry & Component Library Creation:

• Responsible for creating and keeping element footprints and libraries for accurate PCB design.
• Develop, control, and preserve PCB layout regulations and make certain adherence to DFM (Design for Manufacturability), DFA (Design for Assembly), and DFT (Design for Testing) standards.

Signal Integrity & Optimization:

• Optimize sign integrity in the PCB design to ensure excessive performance in environments with ability electromagnetic interference (EMI/EMC) problems.
• Perform layout simulations and validate components to make sure they meet the desired performance metrics.

Review & Documentation:

• Review PCB designs and documentation to make sure that every vital information is provided for production and meetings.

Technical Query Management:

Required Skills:

PCB Design Experience:

• Strong understanding of DFM, DFA, DFT, EMI/EMC, and PCB stack-up design hints.

Education & Experience:

• B.Eng or M.Eng in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, with 8+ years of experience in PCB design and development.
• Strong foundational knowledge in multi-disciplinary engineering, especially in electrical and electronic systems.
• Diploma or Post-Diploma applicants with matching experience in PCB design may also be taken into consideration.
