Sutherland is hiring for Voice and Non-Voice Customer Support roles. The function includes helping clients through cellphone (Voice) or e-mail (Non-Voice), resolving queries, and ensuring satisfaction. Role and Responsibilities:
Voice Process Responsibilities:
- Interact with global customers over the smartphone, assisting them with their queries, providing product records, and providing troubleshooting help.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring effective verbal exchange and backbone of purchaser problems.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining a high level of purchaser pride.
Non-Voice (Email) Process Responsibilities:
- Handle consumer inquiries and aid requests through electronic mail, ensuring set-off, clean, and professional communique.
- Assist with troubleshooting, product statistics, and different purchaser problems, all whilst retaining an excessive degree of accuracy in written conversation.
- Ensure that all e-mail queries are resolved in a well-timed way, following organization recommendations and methods.
Skills Required:
Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and powerful verbal and written conversation is important. Ability to speak expectantly and professionally in English with global customers.

Educational Qualification:
