- Handle customer services Contacting customers by telephone via email or live chat for information relating to a product or service or effectively solving an issue.
- Problem-solving: Identify customer pain points and complaint resolution within time for the satisfaction of the customer and retention.

- Protocol of Company: Adopt all protocols and scripts for compliance, ensure quality professionalism along with proper coordinate with technical support or account management to solve customer challenges.

Handle Inbound/Outbound Calls: Handle thousands of calls, emails, or chat sessions with very courteous communication.

- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any stream (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., etc.). Fresher/Experienced candidates.
