About the Swiggy Account Manager Job:-
Swiggy Dineout is building India’s dining out platform. They work with over 100 million diners and 21,000+ restaurant partners in 34 cities.
The Swiggy Account Manager Job involves managing 70-80 partner accounts in a territory. The goal is to grow the Dine-out business and generate 80-90 lacs Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) per month.
Key Responsibilities:-
Account & Partner Relationship Management
- Onboard accounts by explaining the requirements to restaurant partners
- Meet existing partners regularly to ensure their Restaurant Display Page (RDP) content is correct
- Make presentations on Dine Out plans and promotions
- Execute growth activities
- Resolve issues like ‘diner denied payout’
- Prepare growth plans for each account
Data Interpretation & Business Performance
- Filter relevant data from the restaurant-facing dashboard
- Explain performance metrics to partners
- Ensure partner investments are equal or higher than competitors
Stakeholder Interaction
- Work with partner support, sales operations and finance teams
Desired Skills:-
- Graduate degree with 0-3 years of field sales experience (freshers are eligible)
- Fluency in language and working knowledge of English
- Good understanding of e-commerce activities
- Confident and pleasing personality
- Effective communication skills
- Sales attitude and aptitude
- Team player with Excel skills
- Flexible and adaptable
