Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
  • 4–7 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Partner Success, or B2B relationship management
  • Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, SaaS, CRM, POS, or restaurant-tech is highly preferred
  • Experience managing city-level or portfolio-based accounts is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable with field visits and on-ground partner engagement
  • Strong communication skills in English and the local language

MBA or a hospitality background is an added advantage, but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner Onboarding & Adoption

  • Own end-to-end post-sales onboarding for assigned restaurant partners
  • Lead onboarding of Swiggy Dineout’s product suite, including Digital Menu, CRM tools, reservations, and QR-based ordering
  • Coordinate product setup, such as POS integration, QR deployment, menu uploads, floor plans, shifts, and outlet configuration
  • Conduct structured product walkthroughs, demos, and staff training
  • Ensure smooth go-live within defined timelines

2. Partner Success & Relationship Management

  • Act as the single point of contact for restaurant partners in the city
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with restaurant owners, decision-makers, and outlet managers
  • Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and on-ground visits
  • Establish trust by understanding partner business goals and challenges

3. Driving ROI & Business Growth

  • Help partners translate feature usage into measurable business outcomes, such as:

    • Higher average order value (AOV) through upsell and cross-sell

    • Improved repeat visits using CRM and targeted campaigns

    • Better table utilization and demand shaping

    • Reduced operational friction through QR-based ordering and billing

  • Track and communicate ROI metrics, including adoption depth, repeat rate uplift, campaign performance, and menu-led revenue impact

4. Performance Monitoring & Reviews

  • Conduct Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs)
  • Analyze performance data and recommend actionable improvements
  • Identify early warning signs of churn and proactively resolve issues
  • Ensure partners continue to see value from the platform

5. Expansion & Feature Adoption Support

  • Identify opportunities to increase depth of usage across product features
  • Train restaurant staff on new workflows and best practices
  • Ensure adoption remains stable despite staff churn through SOPs and repeat training
  • Support expansion across multiple outlets by showcasing success stories
  • Collaborate with Sales and City teams for renewals and portfolio expansion

6. Product Support & Issue Resolution

  • Act as first-level support for partner queries and product issues
  • Coordinate with Product, Tech, Ops, and Support teams for resolution
  • Ensure minimal downtime and a seamless partner experience

7. Partner Feedback & Continuous Improvement

  • Act as the voice of restaurant partners internally
  • Share structured feedback on product usability and feature gaps
  • Contribute inputs to improve onboarding journeys and partner-facing processes
