- Collaboration: Work with inner groups to enhance client pride and solve concerns quickly.
- Shift Flexibility: Work in rotational shifts, consisting of weekends and nighttime shifts, relying on business necessities.

- Education: Minimum qualification – twelfth pass, Diploma, Graduate (Any flow).
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Prior enjoyment in customer service is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written conversation talents in English and nearby languages.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic computer understanding, familiarity with CRM gear, MS Office, and e-mail management.
