Job Description:- Tech Mahindra Hiring
Tech Mahindra is searching for a skilled Test Environment Management (TEM) specialist to join its dynamic IT operations team. In this role, you will take care of the entire TEM process, ensuring effective planning, construction, configuration, and maintenance of the testing environment. You will be responsible for giving the guarantee that the environment is always available, up -to -date, and aligned with business needs.
The situation includes BAU (business-as-a-service) functions such as patching, system updates, environmental health check-ups, and performance monitoring. You will coordinate environment refresh, upgrade, and deployment, ensuring minimal disruption in testing activities. It would be important to cooperate with cross-functional teams, including developers, examiners, and business stakeholders, to identify the environment and resolve any issues quickly.
For success in this role, a strong understanding of API to Tools, WebSphere, DB2, Azure, and Cloud platforms will be important. Knowledge of the insurance domain will be an additional benefit. Bilingual skills in English and Japanese are highly preferred to support global projects.
This role requires active troubleshooting, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage conflicts, ensuring spontaneous integration of the system.
