Required Skills:
Technical Proficiency: Strong enjoy in machine layout and R&D, with the potential to handle the complete mission life cycle from idea to release.
Material Knowledge: Solid expertise in material selection, machining, fabrication, and submit-processing operations.
Software Skills: Must be gifted in UG NX, with the capability to create and manage specific production drawings.
Sheet Metal Expertise: Good know-how of sheet metal layout, applications, and production techniques.
OEM Component Knowledge: Experience in selecting and integrating mechanical components like linear courses, vehicles, gearboxes, and bearings.
Structural Analysis: Knowledge of structural analysis to ensure the stability and safety of mechanical designs.
Manufacturing Techniques: Awareness of diverse manufacturing strategies and the way they affect layout choices.

Education:
UG: B.Tech/B.E. In Mechanical Engineering.
PG: PG Diploma in Mechanical, M.Tech in Mechanical, or MS/M.Sc. In Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
Doctorate: Ph.D./Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering or related fields (elective however high-quality).
