The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the talent acquisition cycle for various roles, particularly focusing on high-volume hiring in the BPO domain. The recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and implement efficient recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Conduct mass hiring for BPO roles, inclusive of screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Leverage activity portals, social media structures, and other recruitment gear to identify and engage appropriate applicants.

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Work carefully with hiring managers and HR groups to recognize unique role necessities and business needs.
  • Provide everyday updates on recruitment development and make sure an unbroken hiring revel in for each applicant and stakeholder.

Candidate Experience Management:

  • Ensure applicants have a superb revel in during the recruitment manner.

Compliance & Documentation:
