The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the talent acquisition cycle for various roles, particularly focusing on high-volume hiring in the BPO domain. The recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and implement efficient recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Conduct mass hiring for BPO roles, inclusive of screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Leverage activity portals, social media structures, and other recruitment gear to identify and engage appropriate applicants.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Work carefully with hiring managers and HR groups to recognize unique role necessities and business needs.

Candidate Experience Management:
