Teleperformance is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to enroll in its group as Senior Customer Support Executives for the International Non-Voice Process (Email Process). As a Senior Executive in this role, you’ll be chargeable for addressing customer queries and imparting solutions through emails, with a focus on ensuring a high stage of patron delight.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Support: Respond to customer inquiries, worries, and requests via e-mail in a clean, concise, and courteous manner.
Quality Communication: Ensure that each patron’s communications are well-written, correct, and expert. Maintain high standards of email etiquette, grammar, and tone.
Customer Satisfaction: Strive to supply notable customer service by providing prompt and effective answers to troubles raised by way of clients. Ensure that every electronic mail reaction is in keeping with employer regulations and purchaser expectancies.
Issue Resolution: Address lawsuits or escalated queries correctly, making sure customer issues are resolved in a timely and best way.
Collaboration: Work intently with crew individuals and other departments to make certain smooth decisions on consumer issues and provide comments on capability improvements.

Skills and Qualifications:
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience: A minimum of one year of revel in the International BPO or BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) quarter is obligatory.
- Email Etiquette: Expertise in drafting expert emails, with a strong draw close of email etiquette and clean, unique conversation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English capabilities are vital. The ability to correctly talk with global clients competently is essential.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with e-mail structures, ticketing gear, and basic office software (Word, Excel, and many others.).
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to find out customer problems and provide effective answers.
Educational Qualification:
Graduation: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree (any discipline) is required.
Additional Qualifications: Certification in customer support or related fields would be an advantage but is not mandatory.
