Job Description:
UltraTech Cement is hiring for the Team Member R2R function at its Pune office. Candidates with 2-eight years of enjoy in finance or accounting are invited to a stroll-in interview on August nine, 2024, from 10 AM to 2:30 PM. Responsibilities consist of coping with direct taxes, getting ready reports, and making accurate accounting entries. A B.Com/M.Com/MBA in Finance is needed. Responsibilities:
Direct Taxes:
- Ensure well-timed completion of all tax-related activities (TDS, TCS, PF, and many others.).
- Process JV and report returns for diverse taxes.
- Perform inter-unit balances overview, accounting, and confirmation/inter-section clearing.
- Ensure timely accounting entries of clinker transfers from GU to IU.
MIS and Reporting:
- Prepare Ughai Reports, consisting of worldwide provisions and recovery plans.
- Compile debtors’ stability affirmation reviews monthly.
- Prepare inter-unit stability tally reviews for Cement, RMC, and BPD.
- Compile glossaries for the RMC commercial enterprise and critical Ughai addition/deletion summaries.
- Prepare and reconcile MIS vs. Hyperion reports for Cement, RMC, and BPD.
Provision Accounting:
- Maintain all entries related to provisional accounting unit-wise and department-clever.
- Connect with applicable stakeholders for factors associated with provisions.
- Highlight ambiguities to senior group participants.
- Make payments and report JV postings for all provisional accounting entries.
- Issue debit notes for jetty and railway siding prices to advertising and wheeling power.
General Accounting:
- Timely upload of completed goods quantity info and RM & gasoline items quantity information in Hyperion.
- Prepare inter-unit stability tally reviews for Cement, RMC, and BPD.
Risk Management & Governance:
- Ensure correct and minimal blunders updating of facts within the gadget.
- Maintain statistics integrity for destiny use.
Stakeholder Management:
- Address queries at the same time as posting entries or making reviews.
- Ensure clean verbal exchange with stakeholders.

Education:
