Job Description: UltraTech Walk in Interview Tomorrow

The Team Member R2R (Record to Report) function includes managing economic reporting, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-stop final methods. Responsibilities:

Direct Taxes:

• Review and account for inter-unit transactions, ensuring accurate stability confirmations and entries related to clinker transfers.

MIS and Reporting:

• Compile month-to-month debtor stability confirmations and inter-unit stability tally opinions for cement, prepared-blend concrete (RMC), and constructing merchandise department (BPD).

Provision Accounting:

• Maintain and update provisional accounting entries, making sure correct unit-realistic and branch-realistic postings.
• Liaise with stakeholders to make clear any queries associated with provisions and system payments for jetty and railway siding expenses.

General Accounting:

• Ensure well-timed uploading of completed goods and raw materials records in Hyperion.

Risk Management & Governance:

Stakeholder Management:

Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Requirements:

• Undergraduate: B.Com in any specialization.
• Postgraduate: MBA (Finance) or M.Com.

• Proficiency in dealing with complex monetary statistics, reconciliations, and variance evaluation.
