Job Description:
The Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) at Vodafone Idea will lead and manage the income operations within a designated sector, specializing in achieving purchaser acquisition and sales objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
- Achieve and exceed gross sales goals, GAS (Gross Adds and Subscribers), and consumer marketplace percentage for the region.
- Drive internet additions for all product classes, including voice (pay as you go/postpaid), records, and price-added services (VAS) throughout various sales channels (distribution, MTO/SPO).
Revenue Management:
- Ensure zonal revenue targets are met throughout all product traces and income channels.
- Continuously monitor revenue streams and discover opportunities for upselling and pass-promoting to improve the overall contribution to the business enterprise.
Budgetary Control:
- Manage the zonal price range and manage prices, particularly in regions like COCA (Cost of Customer Acquisition) and SAC (Subscriber Acquisition Cost).
- Ensure green use of sources, riding cost financial savings on G&A (General and Administrative) budgets on the zonal level.
Team Leadership & People Management:
- Lead, instruct, and mentor a team of on-roll personnel to ensure high performance and retention.
- Manage and coordinate the sports of off-roll personnel and third-celebration agencies worried about customer support, income, and retail capabilities.
Business Strategy and Market Share Growth:
- Plan and execute techniques to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention in step with the organization’s dreams.

Distribution and Channel Management:
- 8-12 years of revel in distribution and/or widespread control, especially within telecom, FMCG, or mass retail distribution sectors.

Leadership and Team Management:
