Job Roles and Responsibilities: Walk-in Interview at Muthoot Finance
1. Jr. Relationship Executive (JRE) – Male Candidates Only:
Job Location: Muthoot Finance Ltd., Regional Office, 1st Floor, Plot No. 20, Darshan Tower, Sector four, Vaishali, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Act as the number one factor of contact for walk-in customers at Muthoot Finance branches. You will be liable for offering them all applicable records and offerings related to the employer’s services.
- Appraisal of Gold Jewellery: Accurately verify and appraise gold jewelry for loan purposes primarily based on agency norms and guidelines.
- Verification & Valuation of Collateral: Ensure the verification of collateral securities and files, keeping company requirements.
- Documentation & Loan Processing: Handle the processing and documentation required for loan disbursement and different monetary services.
- Cross-Selling Products: Actively sell and cross-sell additional financial products which include gold coins, insurance, and others, making ensure the success of person and department goals.
- Field Visits for Business Development: Conduct subject visits and meetings with company customers to make bigger the enterprise community.

- Business Generation: Generate leads and business for new loans from new customers. Handle walk-in clients and sell business generation within the department.
- Client Meetings: Engage with High-worth individuals (HNIs), corporates, and institutional customers to sell Muthoot Finance’s gold mortgage propositions and different financial services.
- Customer Queries and Complaints: Handle patron requests and proceedings successfully, making sure resolution to decorate customer satisfaction.

- Role and Responsibilities: Interns will work as front-line sales executives in Muthoot Finance’s branches, helping with commercial enterprise generation, purchaser interactions, and income-related sports. They will examine various elements of monetary services operations, inclusive of mortgage processing and documentation.
