Job Location: Hinjewadi, Pune

Education Qualification: Any full-time Graduation/post-graduation

Shifts: 24×7 rotational shifts

Experience required: 1 to 2 years.

Process: Technical Service Desk Voice Process

We are looking for talents with 1 to 2 years of experience in ticketing tool/ ServiceNow utilizing voice skill.

Talents should have graduation completion certificate (Degree) and mark sheets for onboarding.

Walk in Interview in Infosys Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level resolution to the customers
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical troubles, escalating extra complicated problems to better-level help when necessary.
Deliver superb customer service by means of acknowledging issues promptly, displaying empathy, and the use of fantastic language.
