The Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process) position at Teleperformance involves assisting clients through inbound and outbound calls, resolving queries, and making sure of delight. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Required Skills:

Language Proficiency:

Technical Skills:

  • Ability to toggle between more than one structure and displays.
  • Basic understanding of web gear and software navigation.

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilties.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Open to both graduates and undergraduates.

Experience:

  • Freshers are welcome.

    • Relieving or experience letter
    • Last three months’ salary slips

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidates with MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) in their speech are not eligible.
