1. Private Equity / Real Estate / Hedge Fund Operations:

• Fund/financial accounting, bookkeeping, journal posting, and economic assertion guidance.

• Distribution operating, LP memo guidance, fund transfer wires, LC repayment, etc.

2. Reconciliation & Valuation:
