- Ensure timely response to all tickets raised by end users.

System & Infrastructure Management
- Act as custodian of client systems, servers, networks, platforms, and storage

- Maintain regular backups of critical data, logs, and system resources
Problem Resolution & Root Cause Analysis
- Perform detailed root cause analysis for recurring or complex issues.

Application & Access Management
- Install, configure, and package software and hardware as per service requests.
- Provide application and user access based on client requirements.

- Review chatbot-generated logs to ensure all issues are resolved on time.
