Roles & Responsibilities
1. SSO Configuration & Troubleshooting
Implement and support Single Sign-On using Microsoft Entra ID.
Troubleshoot SSO problems across applications and platforms.
Investigate authentication and access-related issues.
Support secure identity access for users and applications.
2. Application Integration
Configure and support Entra ID application integrations.
Work with SAML, OIDC, OAuth and WS-Fed protocols.
Manage custom application registrations.
Manage gallery application registrations.
Troubleshoot application authentication and integration issues.
3. Application Proxy & Provisioning
Deploy and manage Microsoft Entra ID Application Proxy.
Support secure remote access to applications.
Work with application provisioning methods.
Troubleshoot connectivity and provisioning issues.
Understand SCIM and Just-in-Time provisioning.
4. Authentication & Access Management
Configure and support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Support passwordless authentication.
Manage Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR).
Troubleshoot authentication issues.
Support other Entra ID authentication mechanisms.
5. Identity Protection
Monitor identity-risk detections.
Respond to identity-related security risks.
Configure Entra ID Identity Protection policies.
Help maintain secure identity environments.
Detailed Eligibility Criteria
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have:
3–5 years of professional experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
Deep understanding of identity protocols.
Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC and WS-Fed.
Understanding of SCIM and JIT application provisioning.
Experience with hybrid identity environments.
Experience with AAD Connect and ADFS.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and compliance features.
PowerShell scripting knowledge.
Strong problem-solving ability.
Good communication skills.
