Qualification and Skills
- Education: A university degree or equivalent that includes 3+ years of formal English language studies.
- Experience: Freshers (2024 Passed-out eligible) and experienced AR Callers, particularly in Denial Management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in the use of a computer with Windows PC packages, which includes the capability to apply a keyboard, navigate displays, and examine new software equipment.
