The position of Officer AO&CS (Airport Operation and Customer Service) at IndiGo focuses on improving the passenger experience at the airport by effectively dealing with take-a-look-at-in, baggage dealing, protection, and customer support operations. Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Terminal Service (Reservations, Ticketing, Departures, Arrivals)

Reservations & Ticketing:

• Assist clients with making reservations and purchasing tickets at the counter.
• Remit gathered cash to the perfect department.
• Address customer inquiries through cell phone.

Departures:

• Attend pre-flight and submit-flight briefings.
• Set up test-in counters and display screen checked-in bags.
• Maintain excessive requirements inside the test-in technique and assist customers with unique requests.

Arrivals:

• Support passengers with special requests and assist those with mishandled or damaged luggage.
• Prepare and keep required reviews for misplaced or damaged bags and coordinate with luggage carriers.

Post Flight Departure:

• Ensure all necessary flight-related documentation is filed efficaciously.

2. Security Responsibilities

• Uphold employer-required standards, specifically in threat evaluation and response.
• Perform obligations in alignment with the Security Program.
• Continuously monitor and improve great structures, and stable assets, and enforce emergency reaction approaches.

3. Ramp Responsibilities

• Confirm flight arrival time from the Operations Control Center (OCC) and speak it.
• Arrive at the bay 20 mins before flight touchdown with the necessary system, make sure clean deplaning, and manage luggage dealing to prevent delays.
• Coordinate loading operations as per instructions from the Load and Trim group and go back device after departure.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• Qualification: Any Graduate (Graduation is obligatory for freshers, and applicants should present their degree certificate).
• Experience: Open to applicants with 0-three years of revel in, preferably in aviation, customer support, or airport operations.
