HDFC Bank is conducting a walk-in drive for the role of Virtual Care – Sales Officer. This role offers an excellent opportunity for graduates to develop their skills in customer service and banking operations. The Virtual Care – Sales Officer is responsible for delivering efficient, consistent, and high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction & Query/Complaints Management:
- Handle inbound calls from clients concerning product information, account information, and banking techniques.
- Address and solve client queries associated with credit cards, financial institution money owed, loans, deposits, mutual budget, and different banking merchandise.
- Manage billing clarifications, charge confirmations, EMI info, and assertion of accounts.
Transaction Processing:
- Assist with economic transactions like fixed deposit creation, budget switches, demand drafts, and other client requests.
- Ensure correct records are seized for all customer interactions and transactions.
Hotlisting and Card Management:
- Promptly block lost or stolen debit, credit score, or pay-as-you-go playing cards in keeping with purchaser instructions.
- Log re-issuance requests accurately and consistently with the described methods.
Complaint Resolution:
- Log and boost client court cases to relevant departments for resolution.
- Ensure follow-united States of America and closure of court cases inside described TATs (Turn-Around Times).
Adherence to Quality Standards:
- Maintain excessive name quality and first-name decision benchmarks (90% for non-grievance calls).
- Ensure compliance with defined strategies, audits, and purchaser authentication protocols.
Operational Compliance:
- Adhere to service productivity standards, schedules, and login times.
- Ensure accurate and timely submissions of monetary transactions and customer records.
- Update interactions and proceedings in CRMNext and related systems.
Proactive Customer Engagement:
- Build wonderful relationships with clients to beautify pride.
- Provide callbacks for unresolved queries and strengthen cases to supervisors as important.
Team Collaboration:
- Participate in training periods to stay up to date on product and method expertise.
- Maintain correct attendance and cling to shift schedules.
Key Skills Required:
- Teamwork: Ability to paint efficaciously in a crew’s surroundings.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communique skills in English.
- Proactive Approach: A focused and patron-oriented attitude.
- Product Knowledge: Basic know-how of banking products and processes.
- Problem-Solving: Capable of addressing customer worries correctly.
Qualifications and Experience:
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience. Prior exposure to the banking industry is preferable but not mandatory.
