Technical Support Voice Job Description:
The Technical Support – Voice role at Sutherland involves providing 24×7 support through calls, emails, and chats, resolving technical troubles related to NetApp storage systems, networking, and performance monitoring. The role requires strong problem-solving talents, knowledge of ONTAP and storage administration, and customer service knowledge. It’s a complete-time, faraway Position best for people with relevant technical experience.
Technical Support Voice Responsibilities:
- Provide 24×7 technical aid through name, electronic mail, and chat in a far-flung environment.
- Resolve manufacturing troubles and requests within described SLAs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot NetApp garage hardware troubles.
- Reproduce and recreate troubles in lab surroundings.
- Knowledge of NetApp FAS collection (7-mode & C-mode), E-series.
- Strong expertise in Clustering, High Availability, and Data ONTAP.
- Design and implement NetApp garage structures which include installation, configuration, and software program improvements.
- Maintenance of switches.
- Troubleshoot TCP/IP networking troubles.
- Experience the usage of ServiceNow ticketing tools for issue monitoring.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of applicable technical experience.
- Strong aptitude for gaining knowledge of new technology.
- Customer career abilties and first-rate written and verbal conversation.
- Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosis, and troubleshooting.
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
