Responsibilities:
1. Transaction (Claims/Non-Voice):
- Comprehend and manner complex statistics units correctly.
- Deliver tasks with precision, assembly provider ranges, and productiveness benchmarks.
- Communicate successfully with the onshore team to remedy pending queries.
- Identify trends and lift cognizance to address potential problems.
- Maintain high ranges of accuracy and interest in detail in all tasks.
2. Accounts Payable (AP):
- Review and manner invoices, resolving discrepancies for timely payments.

- Process invoices for utilities, PO, and non-PO transactions.

- Handle reconciliations (both key and non-key).
- Work with ERP gear consisting of SAP, Blackline, HANA Ariba S4, and HRC High Radius for method optimization.
- Manage preferred and habitual journal entries, along with accruals, prepaid costs, deferrals, and leases.
- Process non-trendy magazine entries as required.
4. Cash Applications/Collections:
- Post payments from various lockboxes to customers’ money owed appropriately.
- Investigate and remedy elderly, unidentified, and unapplied cash receipts.
- Collect past due payments from customers or secure price promises over the smartphone.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
FNA Roles (Finance and Accounting):
- Commerce graduates (B.Com/BBA).
- 0-8 years of relevant experience.
Transaction/Non-Voice Roles:
- Open to any graduates.
- Freshers are welcome.
