Your function is important in ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
You will act as an interface between stakeholders—including employees and carriers—to manage account updates and reconciliations successfully. This is a full-time, everlasting function with 100% work-from-office necessities.
