We are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM database analyst to join our enterprise package application services team. The role is ideal for candidates with Oracle Fusion HCM modules, especially 1+ years of hands-on experience in payroll and safety. You will work closely with customers to identify professional challenges and contribute to delivery by analyzing and structuring data effectively.
Your responsibilities include configuring and validating solutions, developing and deploying HCM modules, and creating BI/OTBI reports. You should be strongly familiar with the parole table, fusion fast formula, and co-existence concepts within Oracle Fusion HCM. The role includes assessing current processes, identifying improvement areas, and suggesting technology-operated solutions.
