Job Description:- Tech Mahindra Jobs for Freshers
We are looking for enthusiastic professionals with strong communication skills to join our multilingual healthcare process in Tech Mahindra, Bangalore. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, help patients with appointment booking, answer questions through calls and emails, and ensure that each interaction is professional and sympathetic. Candidates will be interviewed in English along with Bengali, Hindi, Marathi, or Gujarati. Strong mutual skills, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are required to give excellent service.
This role requires detailed attention, as you will be responsible for correctly examining and updating the patient’s information in the system. You should be able to follow a self-induced, punctual, and structured task program. Male employees should be open for 24/7 shift windows, while female employees will work in a rotational day (10 hours between 6 am and 9 am).

The situation is based in our Bangalore Office (Electronic City Phase II). You will work with two rotational offers, five days a week. We welcome applications from HSC, Graduates, or Posts who are eager to increase their career in customer service while being part of the healthcare project.
