We are looking for a skilled and expansion-oriented professional to join our team and manage technical operations in our service centers. The role involves handling the latest software and hardware repair tools, ensuring that all maintenance standards are followed, and preventing issues related to equipment and IoT. You will be responsible for diagnosing and solving hardware, software, and network challenges when analyzing the root cause of recurring issues to suggest long-term solutions.
In this situation, you will also maintain technical documents, form a knowledge basis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase the quality of the product and customers. You will expect device tests, firmware flashing, log analysis, and R&D, QA, or high-level support teams to increase unresolved issues with a detailed report.

The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of mobile chipset platforms such as Qualcomm or MediaTek, be familiar with clinical equipment such as ADB and Fastboot, and have a strong understanding of Android, GSM, LTE, and 5G technologies.
