Tech Mahindra Aaroli is inviting emotional people to join as customer service officers for their voice process at the place. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer questions on calls, solving their concerns effectively, and ensuring a spontaneous customer experience. Your ability to listen carefully, understand customer needs, and provide accurate solutions will help create confidence and long-term relationships.
The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, basic English communication capabilities, and a positive attitude towards customer handling. The freshers are welcome, and the experienced candidate (minimum 6 months on paper) will be given priority.
