We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated support analysts to join our IT team. In this role, you will help the last users with issues related to the application, system, and network. Your main responsibility will be to diagnose, prioritize, and solve the events raised through phone, email, chat, or walk-in. You will log in to the event management equipment, ensuring that all the requests are resolved within the agreed time -outline, ensuring that all requests are solved within the agreed timeline.
As a support analyst, you will be the first point of contact for helpdesk requests, will take full ownership of issues, and ensure timely communication with users. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a customer-first mentality, and the ability to manage requests effectively. You must be flexible to work in a 24/7 atmosphere with a rotation shift and weeks including holidays.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, knowledge of ITIL processes, operating systems, networking basics, and experience, which usually involves the applications used, such as Outlook, MS Office, VPN, and browsers. If you are self-inspired and enjoy providing excellent technical support, this role will help you grow in your IT career.
