Tech Mahindra is hiring a senior executive -talent acquisition to lead bulk hiring for international voice processes. In this role, you will manage the recruitment cycle completely, from sourcing to onboarding, and ensure timely closure with quality candidates. You will be responsible for conducting large-scale drives, walk-in and large-scale recruitment activities, aligning closely with business requirements.
Your role will include sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, internal databases and referrals. You will keep managers working, interview, and coordinate to maintain smooth recruitment operations. The management of daily hiring reports, MIS trackers, and candidate pipelines will be important for your success.
This is a high-influence role where you will work closely with the delivery teams to meet client hiring needs within a tight time limit.
