We are looking for a highly experienced head of the budget to lead cost management functions for large -scale real estate projects and a highly experienced head of the budget. The ideal candidate will bring 15–20 years of industry experience with a strong background in financial planning for cost estimate, budget forecasting, and civil construction and development of real estate.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets, analyzing project requirements, and collaborating with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate financial planning. You will oversee the life cycle of the entire budget – from initial estimates to monitoring expenses during project execution and providing a final report to the senior leadership.
Role cost analysis, benchmarking, and seller demands specialization in dialogue to ensure that projects remain cost-effective without compromising on quality.
