Customer Support Executive Job

Key responsibilities

  • Effectively handle the consultation of the incoming and outgoing clients through sound and mixed processes.
  • Solve technical problems and provide problem-solving to customers.
  • Maintain precise records of consumer interactions and solutions.
  • Make sure the timely monitor unresolved problems to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Rotation change with 1 week of rotation (6 days a week).
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, empathy, and communication in each interaction.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to guarantee easy operation and process improvement.

Eligibility Criteria

To request the Executive State of Teleperformance customer service, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Education: Open for both university students and graduates (no graduation is required).
  • Experience: 0-1 Experience. Welcome to apply for fresh men; Experienced candidates must have at least 6 months of work experience with valid documents.

Technical requirements:

  • System: Core i3 7th normal, more or less, 8 GB of RAM
  • Internet: Stable minimal connection of 50 Mbps
  • Chamber: mandatory
  • Headphones: Headphones are required with USB sound
  • Power back copy: mandatory inverter/UPS
  • Writing speed: at least 30 words (WPM) per minute with an accuracy of 90%.
  • Language experience: There must be an excellent command of English and Hindi (speaking, reading, and writing).

Required skills

Technical skills:

  • Basic knowledge of customer service tools and computer operation.
  • Domain of typing (30 words per minute) and the management of digital communication.
  • Ability to solve technical issues and guide customers efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ticket emission tools is an additional advantage.

Soft skills:

  • Strong communication and mutual skills.
  • Excellent skills for listening and solving problems.
  • The ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Getting optimal and rapid learning, ready to understand new products and processes.
  • Automotivated with good time management and organizational capacity.

Salary and benefits

  • Salary: 16,000 ₹ available per month, with CTC up to 20,000.
  • Type of work: full-time, permanent (household work).
