Eligibility Criteria
- Role: Application Monitoring – L1/L1.5 support
- Experience Required: 1 to 3 years
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or related fields.
- Job Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand
- Notice Period: Immediate 25 days
- Shift: Moving shift (24×7 operations)
- Type of Employment: Full Time, Permanent
- Selection Experience: IT Support, Application Monitoring or Infrastructure Management
Key responsibilities
- Inspect and manage application and infrastructure display using monitoring tools.
- Handle the L1 and L1.5 support operations for Windows and Linux environments.
- Troubleshoot World Class for Database Servers, Windows, Linux, and Networking.
- Respond to system alerts and increase events in high-level technical teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure simple IT operations and minimal downtime.
- Regular system health checks and maintain dashboards.
- Make the incident reports and help with the root cause analysis (RCA) process.
Essential skills
Technical skills:
- Mastery under the supervision of Windows and Linux systems.
- Network components (routers, switches, VPN, repeaters).
- Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools such as Nagios, SolarWinds, or Zabbix.
- Understanding of data center operations and IT service management (ITSM) processes.
- Basic skills for troubleshooting servers, databases, and network performance issues.
