Eligibility Criteria
- Education Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Money, Professional Administration or Related areas.
- Experience is required: U.S. 1 to 12 years in the retirement process or related domains.
- Preferably background: Payment operations, plan documentation, lump sum processing or surviving claims experience.
- Shift: US The desire to work in a shift (night shift).
- Location: Mumbai-Umwara should be open to 100% Return-to-Office Fissure (RTO) work mode.
- Documents for carrying: Updated resume, PAN card, and valid ID proof.
Key responsibilities
- Handle the retirement plan of the end from the end, including processing and documentation.
- US Conduct Retirement lump sum payments and ensure compliance with internal quality standards.
- Conduct payment operations and manage contender property transactions.
- Valid and maintain accurate plan documents as per the client agreement.
- Help clients manage retirement benefits and ensure compliance with policy requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to increase process accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Handle the client inquiry and maintain professional communication in all interactions.
Required skills
Technical skills:
- Solid understanding of the US retirement domain processes.
- MS Excel domain and data management tools.
- Knowledge of financial documentation and customer information systems.
Soft skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
