JOB & DESCRIPTION: TELE-PERFORMANCE JOBS
- Be responsible for B2B Growth marketing & Lead Generation
- Using cost per bid models like cost per click, , cost per mile, cost per lead ,cost per 1000 impressions, cost per registration and so on.
- Will be generating leads through paid campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and SEO.
- Write creative content to attract leads
- Setting up the lead generation funnel
- Be working on a Performance marketing role focused on lead generation using digital channels like Google, LinkedIn etc.
- Drive B2B marketing campaigns
- Independently execute the lead generation campaigns and paid campaigns on diff bidding models- CPC, CPL etc
- will work on marketing tools such as Market and CRM such as Salesforce

The Manager/Senior Manager of Lead Generation is a pivotal position within a company that focuses on driving
business growth through the identification and engagement of potential customers. Manager/Sr. Manager lead Generation involves strategizing, executing, and managing lead generation efforts to cultivate and convert
leads into qualified opportunities for the sales team. It plays a crucial part in shaping the organization’s future and
ensuring a consistent inflow of potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive lead generation strategy aligned with the
company’s growth goals and target audience. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of lead generation professionals. Set clear objectives, provide guidance, and measure their performance against established benchmarks.
Lead Generation Channels: Oversee and optimize various lead generation channels, such as digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social media, events, and partnerships.
Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to assess the performance of lead generation campaigns.
Lead Nurturing: Implement lead nurturing strategies to engage and educate potential customers through various touch points. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective content and campaigns.
Sales Alignment: Work closely with the sales team to ensure the smooth transfer of qualified leads. Establish clear criteria for lead qualification and manage the lead handover process.
Technology and Tools: Evaluate, select, and manage the tools and technologies needed for effective lead generation and management. Ensure that the team is proficient in using these tools.
Budget Management: Develop and oversee the lead generation budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of lead generation efforts. Provide regular progress reports to the leadership team.
Role Requirement:
- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in lead generation working in an Agency/ BPO
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Expertise in generating leads through paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and SEO
- Creative mind in identifying target devising and audience campaigns to inform/engage
- Strong Microsoft tools knowhow PowerPoint, excel, word, project and others
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools eg- Google Web, Analytics trends etc.
