Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Management and Relationships:
- Establish and maintain lengthy-term relationships with key vendor partners.

Business Planning and Strategy:

Operational Support:
- Monitor and resolve operational issues, ensuring that vendor products are listed and sold efficaciously on the platform.
- Address root reasons for operational challenges and enforce corrective movements to improve performance and purchaser satisfaction.
Key Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: A minimum of B2.2 level German language certification is mandatory. A C1 level is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 1+ years of experience in account management, program management, buying, or operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- German Language Certification: A higher proficiency in German, specifically at the C1 level, is highly preferred for this role.
- Experience: Experience with managing vendor relationships or in operational roles related to e-commerce platforms, project management, or retail services will be an advantage.
