1. Core Customs Compliance

Understanding Customs Regulations:

• Develop comprehensive information on Customs Compliance, inclusive of GST rules, MOOWR regimes, and SEZ schemes.
• Demonstrate in-intensity know-how of Customs Classification, consisting of GIR and applicable notifications and circulars.

Legislation Application:

• Apply Customs regulation effectively to Apple’s operations and commercial enterprise partners.
• Create and put in force Standard Operating Processes (SOPs) that align with various aspects of Apple’s commercial enterprise and delivery chains.

HS Code and Duty Rate Management:

• Appropriately apply applicable HS codes and determine associated responsibility quotes.

External Broker Management:

• Manage relationships with Apple’s outside Customs agents, ensuring compliance and accuracy in responsibility bills.

2. Audit Responsibilities

Internal Controls Development:

• Conduct periodic inner audits to perceive manner gaps.
