2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

5+ years of experience into shop floor or manufacturing/production or warehouse floor management.

Manpower handling experience required.
