As a Store Supervisor or Store in charge at Big Basket, you’ll be chargeable for overseeing each day’s operations inside the shop. Leadership and Team Management: Proven enjoy managing big teams, with the ability to educate, manual, and motivate employees. Previous experience managing at least a hundred personnel is favored.
Customer Service: Information on customer service concepts with a focus on creating a welcoming and green environment for customers.
Communication: Strong verbal communique capabilities in English, Bengali, and Hindi are critical for powerful interaction with each group and customers.
Qualifications:
Education: Candidates must be graduates, with a minimal qualification of 10+2 for consideration.
Experience:
- Minimum of four years of revel is required for the Store Incharge function.
- Minimum 2 years of revel is required for the Store Supervisor function.
