As an Account Executive at Capgemini, you may be accountable for constructing and preserving robust customer relationships, using commercial enterprise boom, and ensuring the transport of splendid service. You will act as the number one liaison between customers and Capgemini’s inner groups, making sure that purchaser needs are understood and met through tailor-made answers. This role involves strategic planning, income execution, and continuous client engagement, with a focus on attaining revenue objectives and client delight.
Role & Responsibilities:-
- Establish and nurture lengthy-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of touch.
- Understand their commercial enterprise wishes, demanding situations, and dreams to provide powerful answers.
- Identify and pursue new enterprise possibilities inside present bills and through obtaining new customers. Develop and gift proposals that align with consumer desires and Company offerings.
- Collaborate with the income and shipping teams to increase and enforce account techniques that drive sales growth. Leverage market insights and Company capabilities to place the employer as a favored accomplice.
- Lead negotiations on contracts, making sure phrases are favorable for each Capgemini and the customer. Work closely with criminal and finance teams to finalize agreements.

Qualifications:-
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in commercial enterprise management, advertising, or a related subject is required; an MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in account control, sales, or commercial enterprise development, ideally inside the IT or consulting industry.
