- Create and share with others performance reports of the process, the strengths as well as the weaknesses.
- Seek and apply ways to design processes for them to become more efficient, minimize usage of resources, and deliver better services. People should ensure that processes are up-to-date with the help of market trends and technologies.
- Support in the process of staff training especially those newly recruited into the team as well as enhancement of performance among the old staff.
Qualifications:-
- Educational Background: Usually there is a need for a bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or another relevant field.
- Experience: Relevant working experience preferably in BPO operations or other similar fields is an advantage. Previous employment involving personnel supervision or communication with customers will be considered an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Technical product knowledge means knowledge of different software and tools that are used in the specific process (for instance, CRM systems, or ERP software).
