The Customer Experience Associate III at Conduent is answerable for handling inbound and outbound calls, presenting product and carrier data, and resolving client problems in a well-timed way. Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to offer excellent customer service.
- Address consumer inquiries regarding services and products, ensuring clear and correct verbal exchange.

Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in an inbound or outbound voice process (International BPO experience preferred).
- Previous experience in handling customer calls, preferably in the international domain.
Education:
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Intermediate/12th/PUC.
- Graduation: Not mandatory, though graduates are encouraged to apply.
Language Proficiency:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Any additional language skills are a plus but not required.
