Job Overview: Customer Voice Analyst
As a Customer Voice Analyst at Jio, you’ll play an essential function in understanding and improving the client’s enjoyment. You can be responsible for reading client interactions throughout diverse channels, figuring out trends, and imparting actionable insights to enhance carrier excellent.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze Customer Interactions:
- Review and analyze customer interactions from diverse channels together with smartphone calls, emails, chats, and social media.
- Use superior speech and text analytics tools to become aware of patterns, sentiments, and traits in purchaser feedback.
- Categorize customer issues and remarks for similar evaluation.
2. Generate Insights:
- Translate qualitative and quantitative records into actionable insights and pointers.
- Prepare particular reviews highlighting key findings, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Present insights to stakeholders in a clean and compelling way.
3. Collaborate with Teams:
- Work closely with customer service, advertising and marketing, product improvement, and other applicable teams to proportion insights and drive upgrades.
- Participate in go-practical meetings to speak about findings and suggest actions.

4. Develop and Maintain Analytics Tools:

Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Data Science, or an associated field. A Master’s diploma is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of One year of experience in customer voice evaluation, customer service, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in speech and text analytics equipment (e.g., NICE, Verint, Nexidia).
- Strong analytical abilities with the potential to interpret complex records.
- Excellent written and verbal communication talents.
- Experience with purchaser dating management (CRM) structures.
- Strong organizational and multitasking competencies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
