Job Roles and Requirements:

1. Processor – US Mortgage:

Experience: 1 to 3 years
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
Job Location: Sholinganallur, Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• Loan Origination: Handle the full loan mortgage origination system, ensuring that each necessary documentation is gathered and processed.
• Servicing: Provide ongoing servicing of loans, making sure that each client’s payments and files are processed in line with the agency’s standards.
• Customer Support: Assist clients with inquiries and issues associated with mortgage debts and provide answers in a well-timed manner.
• Compliance: Ensure that each tactic complies with agency guidelines and regulatory necessities.
• Data Entry and Updates: Accurately input client records and replace mortgage information as needed.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of loan origination and servicing methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Underwriting Support: Provide information on underwriting strategies, including hazard assessments, profits earnings calculations, asset calculations, and DTI (Debt-to-Income) ratios.
