The Training Coordinator at Inlead Electronics (formerly OPPO Mobiles MU Pvt) is responsible for managing training programs, coordinating inter-departmental communication, and overseeing LMS platforms. Key tasks include data tracking, preparing KPI reports, managing training calendars, and monitoring trainers’ performance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proficiency in Excel, Power BI knowledge, and event management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Monitor and manage social media platforms related to schooling initiatives.
  • Ensure school applications and updates are regularly shared with employees and the general public via social media channels.

Inter and Intra-Department Coordination:

  • Facilitate communique and coordination between numerous departments to ensure the easy execution of training packages.
  • Serve as the key factor of contact for move-departmental collaboration, ensuring alignment between groups.

LMS Management:

  • Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) platform, making sure that education content is up to date, on hand, and prepared.
  • Manage education schedules, enrollments, and reporting through the LMS platform.

Data Tracking and Reporting:

  • Track training records, such as attendance, entirety charges, and feedback.
  • Prepare and percentage ordinary education reports with senior management to song the development of education applications.

KPI-Based Reports:

  • Prepare and percentage reviews primarily based on predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each education software.

Training Calendars and Scheduling:
